シードルの製造・販売を営む家庭に生まれたジョアンナと、長い歴史を持つワインメーカーの子孫であるルイは、両家が培ってきた知識・ノウハウを生かした高品質のシードルの開発をしています。
ブルターニュ地方北部にある14haの自社果樹園は、甘いだけでなく、酸っぱくてほろ苦いりんごもあり、その結果これらのりんごがシードルに特別な味を与えています。果樹園は自然を尊重するために化学薬品は使用せず、その周りには、手つかずの自然が残っています。10年前からエコサートFR-bio-01の有機農業認証を取得し、4年以上前からビオディナミ農法を導入。土地の生命を守り、維持するための取り組みを行っているほか、天然酵母での発酵、SO2やCO2無添加、樽熟成、瓶内二次発酵などのナチュラルな製法でのシードル造りを行っています。
