Ferme des Landes　フェルムデランド
Jehan Lefèvre ジャン・ルフェーヴル氏

1962年ノルマンディー・ヴィール生まれ。パリ第6大学でDEAを取得後植物生化学および生理学を専門とする科学博士となる。
1996年「ラ・フェルム・デ・ランド」としてシードル用りんごの栽培を開始。翌年シードルの生産を始め、1998年以降はすべての果樹園で有機農業に取り組んでいる。
2016年、ブレッツカフェのオーナー、ベルトラン・ラーシェとサン・クーロンに11haの第二農場を開拓、リンゴの木の間にソバを栽培するアグロフォレストリー・プロジェクトを展開。
現在メインファームには12haのオーガニック果樹園があり、フェルム・デ・ランドの製品は農場で直接販売されているほか、フランス全土、デンマーク、日本、アイスランド、イタリア、スウェーデン、ドイツなどで販売され、世界中の人々に親しまれている。
